Mia has a degree in Law and after university went into the art field and later on found her way into tech when she moved to Berlin and started her journey when she joined a start-up.

Since then she's been heading up HR departments and has helped her companies hire for technical/non technical teams.

We explore how she transitioned, what the experience was like, the difference between 'culture add' & 'culture fit', understanding different traits and the journey of scaling up a start-up.
