George and Terri Pearsons have served as Senior Pastors of Eagle Mountain International Church (EMIC), part of Kenneth Copeland Ministries, since 1993. Together, they are passionate about teaching faith, igniting prayer, and equipping believers to walk fully in God’s plan.
Terri, eldest daughter of Kenneth Copeland, discovered the power of prayer at a young age and has dedicated her life to helping others experience God’s presence. As President of Kenneth Copeland Bible College, she mentors and trains future ministers, raising up a new generation of faith-filled leaders. Terri also pioneered the Believer’s Voice of Victory broadcast, producing it for 13 years, and continues to lead global prayer initiatives through EMIC’s Prayer School and prayer networks that reach around the world.
George brings visionary leadership to every area of ministry. Having served in numerous roles at Kenneth Copeland Ministries, he now leads as Chief Executive Officer and also serves as Vice President of Kenneth Copeland Bible College. Alongside Gloria Copeland, he co-hosts the Believer’s Voice of Victory broadcast, teaching practical principles of faith to audiences worldwide.
Together, George and Terri share an international commission, ministering across the globe while shepherding the EMIC congregation. Their ministry combines deep prayer, bold faith, and a legacy of leadership to inspire believers everywhere to live victoriously in Christ.
