Prior to her role at ONE, Lani served as Executive Vice President and Chief Product and Development Officer for Marriott Vacations Worldwide (NYSE:VAC).
In her global role at MVW, she was responsible for architecting growth and driving innovation through the development of new and reimagined club products, resorts, brands, experiences, and partnerships.
