Lotti Brinks - A Rising Tide Lifts All Ships

Lotti Brinks is fresh off one of the best races of her career at the 2025 CCC by UTMB, where she placed 6th female in surely the deepest and most competitive women's field ever assembled for this event.

AND, Lotti is so much more - with a full and abundant life around her professional running career, that she's cultivated intentionally over time.

In this episode, Lauren and Lotti discuss her origins in the sport, growing up in Germany and the opportunities that running opened for her to attend college in the U.S.; how she ultimately walked away from collegiate running entirely and turned her attention to other sports and pursuits; rediscovering running years later, together with her sister-in-law, Careth; and the lessons she's learned about her perspectives and approach to training, competition, balance, and seeking joy in the process.
