Full of energy and ideas, Bhargavi, is a podcaster and entrepreneur who started her own media company fresh out of college, Excel Productions. She went on to work with several multi national companies creating audio and video content for them. Today she spearheads a company started by her Father, Excel Corporation, as its CEO. An all woman HR company, Excel is a one stop solution for any company in India and abroad, as it takes care of recruitment, brand development and training. Her interests in Music and Media led her to hosting a radio show first (Escape With Bhargavi) and then starting a Podcast in 2018, called "People who matter"- which has amassed more than 2 million subscribers from all over the world in this short span. In this episode we talk about how the each of these ventures started and grew and how every time life's monotony hit, innovation struck for Bhargavi.
