Why I created this space:
For women to have a place to come to, to hear the real stuff, feel vulnerable, activate something within themselves, feel an innate part within that has the wisdom that knows during different chapters of life, healing and evolution.
What you can expect: the real me, raw, great convos that help you know that you’re not alone.
I share myself, challenges, and this knowing inside of me, as I allow different versions of me to come through. My intention is to be so tuned in with myself, allowing my highest connection to my purpose, dharma, joy and oneness - which allows me to share what I’m supposed to share. Getting out of the way and allowing the messages to pour through me with clarity.

I've been on a quite a journey from a little girl to teenager to now into my grown woman as a mother and wife, and I have never been more in tune with my body and my cycle. I know it's just the beginning, so I am opening up the conversation here. I know this will be one of the biggest conversations and we will have women coming on to share their experience and expertise as well. It's a deep one. Our womb wellness and if we are in tune with that, have cleansed, done that work, etc. is effecting us on many levels. One of the biggest questions I get and where I am working with women currently the most is with our bodies, nutrition, fertility and getting back to wellness, alignment and balance with our entire Yoni.
