
In this episode of the Wolffpack Fitness podcast, I had the absolute pleasure of welcoming my first guest, David Lonergan. David is a United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran and a fitness and nutrition coach, specializing in kettlebell training with his clients. Along with kettlebell workouts, he uses principles of movement, mindset, and manifestation to empower others to become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
This was a very fun and informative conversation, during which we took a dive into David's background as a Marine and his transition to civilian life where he found himself having to transform his lifestyle due to health concerns. His transformation prompted him to start his fitness business, Triple Threat Transformation, in Las Vegas and help everyday people and veterans become healthier and fitter versions of themselves. David's approach largely focuses on helping his clients develop a strong psychological foundation to build sustainable fitness and nutritional habits on. I am excited to share this episode with you.
