In fall-flavored beer news (yes, already), Southern Tier just released Maple Warlock, an imperial pumpkin stout with maple, chocolate, coffee, and pie spice—available in bottles and on draft now. Meanwhile, Flying Bison is hosting the Run 716 Beer Mile on August 3–4, where you’ll drink, run, repeat (4 times) with a 12oz beer per lap.

Butera’s Village Brew House is entering the hop water game with a non-alcoholic sipper hopped with New Zealand Superdelic, and Beer Justice Brewing in Arcade turns 3 years old on August 8 with live music, $5 pints, and pizza.

The second annual New York State Craft Beer Open golf tournament hits Penfield on August 11, benefiting the NYS Brewers Association, and Hamburg Brewing is planning a big 12th anniversary bash on September 13, complete with live music and food specials (21+ only, $10 cover).
