Welcome to Within, a space for women allowing themselves to simply be. Hosted by wife, mother and mindfulness mentor, Katy Rexing, this show reimagines the unrealistic standards that keep us from our truest nature. Here, we unravel the programming that taught us things like perfection, shame and overwhelm and settle into our deepest knowing and self trust. Each week, Katy will be joined by thought leaders and experts who are choosing to unravel the belief about how and what a woman should be and instead are coming home to themselves. We’ll share raw, real conversations around trying to live mindfully, aging, sobriety, current wellness culture, and what it really means to be a woman in today’s day and age.

Take the Leap: Reinventing Your Career in Mid-Life with Gaelle Dudley
“I can’t tell you how much joy it brings me to see people who are agents of change.” - Gaelle Dudley
After climbing multiple steps on the corporate career ladder, Gaelle Dudley experienced a health scare that made her ask a big question: does this work make me feel complete? The answer was a resounding no. So, at age 40, Gaelle left her corporate career behind to found GLDESIGN despite having no formal training as a designer. Nine years and countless happy clients later, it’s clear that her leap into the unknown was worth the risk.
Today Gaelle shares how she found the courage to make such a major life change at 40, how she navigated her career transition both financially and as a mom, what ‘work/life balance’ means to her, and the evolutions she has experienced in regards to her stress and relationships.
Today on WithIn:
How Gaelle took the leap from the corporate ladder to opening her own design firm
Expanding your definition of being a ‘working mom’
Gaelle’s approach to juggling the competing responsibilities of work and family
The evolution of how Gaelle has managed stress
