In todays episode, midwives Sophie and Ashlee are joined by Rosie - who shares her incredible waterbirth with her first son, Mac. With Ashlee as Rosie’s midwife the theme of this episode is truly how impactful woman centred care can be.
Rosie explores how the support of her doula helped change her perception of birth and taught her to let go of expectation. How she changed models of care guided by intuition & the importance of reminding your partner to check if theres petrol in the car!
