Today we're talking Italian Frizzante wines with the gorgeous 2021 Il Mostro 'Longana' Rosato Frizzante. This wine is everything we want in a bubbly rose. It's fruity with minerality and bubbles that last. Made from 100% Montepulciano grown in Chieti, Italy, this wine underwent two stages of fermentation. We discuss the Frizzante designation, and some differences between how this wine was made compared to a Pet-Nat or Champagne.
