Alessandra "Lessie" Innes is a 23 year old bookstore clerk with a talent for yarn arts and making a tit of herself in public. She also happens to be a witch - your average, modern day pagan, that is. At least that's what she thought until a strange young man enters her uncle's antique occult book store and asks about books on werewolves (it's not what you think). This kicks off a series of events where Lessie's world is turned entirely upside down. Reality and fantasy wrestle until they're an exhausted, sweaty mess that Lessie must wriggle through before she can even begin to understand who she really is and the depths of her magical powers.
