Willem Blackwood is a badass, but there’s a lot more to him and his heroism than meets the eyes in House of the Dragon. This little guy showed up to try and marry a Targaryen princess, drew swords on a Bracken buffoon, killed that Bracken, and then walked away like the hero of legend we all know he will be. Honestly it’s surprising that Rhaenyra didn’t marry Willem Blackwood on the spot However I think this scene has a lot more going on than many are giving it credit for.
