Today I talk with Gav Landau the co- founder of Charm Impact, an organization that funds green energy companies in Africa with debt capital at 6% to 10% interest. They fund projects between £10,000 and £250,000 with the first loan usually being around £50,000. No collateral is required and Charm Impact gives priority to local entrepreneurs.
