We are conditioned by our environment, culture, and experiences from the moment we are born. We develop a sense of self-based on external factors, identifying with our thoughts, emotions, and physical bodies. However, non-dualistic teachings challenge this identification with the self, suggesting that it is an illusion created by the constant stream of thoughts and desires. We can shift our perspective and cultivate self-awareness to transcend this illusion and realize our interconnectedness.
Today we offer a guided meditation To support you in exploring self-realization and interconnectedness, engaging in self-inquiry, reflection, and surrender to the present moment.
