ModMonk Anshul narrates a story about Hassein & how wisely he compared life to a dream. He came to understand the true essence of living-  how we should be prepared to let go of everything the Universe or God had given us, it was never truly ours to begin with. We should revel & be grateful while we have the blessings bestowed upon us by God, but when they are taken away we should not feel dejected as they are bound to be taken away. This is the cycle of life and the only constant is ourselves! The sooner we realize this, the more happier we will feel.
