If you know this man then you know he is extraordinary and inspiring! Alonzo is a teacher, coach, and mentor all rolled into one, and refers to himself as a 'mental mechanic'. Growing, learning, and working alongside Tony Robbins for 15+ years, Alonzo is someone that helps others change their perspective in being able to bring out the best in themselves.

I met Alonzo in 2018 when volunteering at 'Unleash the Power Within' which is a Tony Robbins 3 day event. Alonzo was the man behind the scenes at those events for 15+ years, making sure operations ran smoothly by doing a dozen + things, including leading the security team. While being a part of the security team at 3 different events, I got to see Alonzo in action as he successfully lead dozens of people in volunteering 20 hour days, and getting them to mentally, physically, and emotionally perform at a very high level. He has also been my own personal mental mechanic in 2021, which has been a remarkable experience and one I recommend to anyone that is interested.
