The conversation was hosted by Kevin Dillon, Alumnus of the Washington Ireland Program Class of 2007 and Head of Research for Fianna Fail. Panelists were: Nuala O'Connor, President & CEO of the Center for Democracy & Technology Rob McDowell, Partner at Cooley and former Commissioner at the FCC The event was supported the Irish Embassy in Washington through the Emigrant Support Program. The event was hosted in the offices of the DC Bar on July 19 2019
