1) Working with women: “The main reason [I do what I do] is because I work with a lot of women leaders (I will work other men leaders too) but what I found particularly when it comes to female leaders is that I was finding that one of the reasons they weren't getting promoted as fast as the men was because they didn't really like the sensation of standing up in front of people and having all the eyes on them.”
2) On Setting Goals: “We often set goals for our career and think of achievement related goals.It doesn't always occur to us to set goals for friends and family.” 3) How to succeed under pressure, critical feedback: “I think if there are chinks in your armour, you need to work on resilience, you need to work on yourself, so you can actually survive any panel for any judgement, or any negative feedback. You know, it's quite difficult to handle those scenarios.”
