Of all the wine regions in France, the Loire is undeniably the most stretched out and the most original in its diversity. From the Côtes du Forez to Sancerre, from Berry to Nantes via Touraine and Anjou, the Loire Valley is one of the most diverse in terms of terroirs and grapes varieties as well as style of wines.
