Matthew Phillip

Matthew Phillip is the Trinidadian-Irish heritage Executive Director of the Notting Hill Carnival.

From London, England, Matthew has had a life-long involvement with Carnival, from attending as a child to playing pan in Steel Bands, and working on various NHC boards and projects.
