My journey starts when I was younger. I dislocated both my shoulders playing hockey and because i didnt keep up with rehab and physiotherapy, they never properly healed. When I was introduced to Essential Oils, I was happy to be using over-the-counter medicine to help my pain. What I came to realize later is that modern medicine doesn't mix well with out bodies. So I was just masking the symptoms without providing any actual benefit. It the Essential Oil community we say that Essential Oils don't have side effects, they have side benefits. What I came to realize was that I was benefitting more then just my shoulder aches by using the Oils, and I can't imagine a scenario where I'm not using them. #lifecoach #naturalwellness #MakeLifeEasier
