An integral component of our common entry Exercise Science degree (CAO WD006) is the fact that our final year students spend one whole semester out on placement gaining valuable industry experience just before they graduate. In this episode I welcome Sport & Exercise Science student Martina Gallagher to the podcast so we can chat about her recent work placement at Waterford Warriors Gym. Waterford Warriors is one of Ireland's largest CrossFit facilities and has excellent structures in for taking on placement students.
