Tonight I Bounce Back

Everyone has setbacks. Maybe you were skipped over for a promotion, failed an exam, or didn’t get your dream job/internship. You feel like going into hiding and shutting the world out. But remember, that won’t make the problem go away. How you respond to these setbacks is important and resiliency is needed to bounce back and keep on going. So, in the words of Big Sean, “Last night I took an L, but tonight I bounce back!”

In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure to speak with Dr. Charlton Campbell, a Consulting Mechanical Engineer at Amentum. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University. In this episode we discuss resiliency and how to bounce back from a setback!
