There are a lot of ways to go about looking for that dream job, but few are as effective and time-worthy as a career/job fair. In this week’s episode, I had the pleasure to interview one of my mentors! You’ve probably seen him recruiting at all the diversity STEM career fairs. He might have even hired you!

Justin Cloud has been in the Department of Defense industry for over 20 years. He currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of the Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) business at L3Harris Technologies. He is also the Director of Strategy and Technology. Justin is a proud alumnus of North Carolina A&T with a B.S. in Computer Science, and John Hopkins University with a M.S. in Project Management.
