This is a recording of a panel session held in the Willmott Dixon pavilion at UKREiiF 2025. We were joined by leaders behind some of our town centre regeneration schemes as they explored the opportunities and challenges of Public-Private Partnership (PPPs) and capital investment funding. They also shared their strategies for placemaking and overcoming challenges in urban renewal, sustainability, and enhancing quality of life.
