Disney's The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror has remained an immensly popular attraction for over thirty years, but many people do not know that in the late 90s Disney made the attraction into a movie for television. Written and directed by D.J. MacHale, the co-creator of Are You Afraid of the Dark, this cult classic helped pave the way for Disney to create other movies based on their attraction.
