We've talked about boundaries ad nauseam on this podcast, but we loved the simplicity of @heymisskelssey's approach: Giving someone three opportunities to change a behavior. The intention each time is a little different, but this framework offers the opportunity for growth in our friendship while prioritizing respect and boundaries individually. We're covering self-awareness (or lack thereof), reciprocity in our friendships, and how feedback can help you grow in your friendships.
