In this episode of the Wild(ish) podcast, Sharmaine is joined by guest Diane Gatza. Diane is a passionate warrior and advocate for cultivating inner-resilience and being vulnerably honest with her life experiences to support, educate and guide others so they never feel alone or hopeless. In addition to founding Confident Cards, Diane is a mother of two, licensed Civil Engineer, Hodgkins Lymphoma cancer survivor, avid dancer, leads various workshops, disco lover and a hype-woman-style motivational speaker.

Diane shares how her journey through postpartum depression led her to discovering a version of her self she never imagined. Through her awakening Diane left a 10+ year career as an engineer to continue expanding Confident Cards and The Confident Mom Workshop Series to support various individuals during many of life's big and challenging moments. She continues to create each card affirmation and design herself with the encouraging and empowering words she wishes she heard during her life.
