Heidi has a 20 year background in herbs and homeopathy and was always drawn to the direct experience of listening to the plants for their magic. It is from this practice that the Flower Codes were born. Over the last 16 years, she’s held courses in herbal alchemy spagyric making, shamanic herbalism, plant wisdom & nature connection, a homeopathic butterfly proving, and deep pregnancy journeys. In all of these, the focus has been on developing embodied wisdom through direct, inner knowing using a variety of shamanic deepening practices and plant spirit communication. She is passionate about changing the world from the roots up, by encouraging deeper connection with nature, the earth and shifting our interaction with it to a more co-creative one.
