In this episode I sit down with the co-CEO's of Fortify, Stephanie Rempel & Katrina Vanderveen.  

We talk about their fast tracked plan to open the Fortify location, their vision for this venture and what it's like being young entrepreneurs.

Many of you may connect Fortify to the granola, but they always knew they were going to be much more than that.  The granola however was a great way to start building connections, starting the conversations about wellness and building their brand.

Their trademark "Made Strong" is the foundation of their vision.  Believing we are made with these amazing bodies that are capable of so much including recovering from illness, pushing past what we think our limits are and that we can and should take control of health, but we don't have to do it alone.

Their new location opening this October, 2019 in St Boniface at 123 Marion and will feature a team of holistic doctors, alternative medical solutions, a wellness & lifestyle boutique and a small eatery.
