Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations.  I'm Jen and today I'm guiding you through a meditation to relieve tension headache from neck & shoulder tightness.

These days, we're constantly hunched over our phones, tablets and computers.  This leads to neck and shoulder muscles that feel immovable!  The resulting tension headaches can stop you in your tracks.

Here's a technique you can use to help alleviate some of the tension and relax.
