
Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations. I'm Jen and today I'll be guiding you through a meditation that studies have shown, can help you relieve stress, anxiety and even pain.
We get so caught up in the narrow focus of our day to day lives, we often don't realize the stress, tension and pain we carry with us. It helps to take a few minutes to make that connection with our bodies. In simply taking that time to notice, we can almost effortlessly let go of some of that baggage.
