Thank you for joining me on this journey, where I’ll share unique meditations I’ve been creating and using for myself over the past 30ish years. It’s way past time for me to share them! My plan is to put one new meditation up here each Monday. You get the raw, organic version, as it comes to me. As the podcast matures, I’m sure the production will as well…. I just didn’t want that to stop me from sharing any longer. And eventually I’ll also package the best into a program with pure meditation tracks.
