Iona Nicoll is one of the Scottish coordinators for the Relay. She shares this role with Colin and four other supporters. Iona is a keen open water swimmer and coach. Living in the Highlands she has access to some beautiful swims. She shares some wardrobe disasters and funny stories. Find out more about Jelly fish remedies! Iona shares the baton will be given the best Scottish hospitality, she goes on to share some of the plans for the Relay. Iona is a hoot and this podcast is not to be missed!!
