This meditation was also created with 528 Hz music. The 528 Hz frequency is called the "Love Frequency," "Miracle Tone," and "Frequency of Transformation."
This frequency is perfect for inner child healing as it's known for reducing the stress hormone cortisol, bringing about transformation and miracles into our lives, healing the heart chakra (creating feelings of love, compassion, joy, understanding, and forgiveness), and balancing the solar plexus chakra (creating more self-confidence and self-esteem).
