Chuck passes the one year mark since losing Meka and reflects on what that means. He and Jme talk about letting go of things they old on to for comfort and in tribute to their late spouse, but also agree it is painful to continue to do so. Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. Allowing other things like living in the present to water their grief is something they’re both challenging themselves to do.
