This week I share with you some insight into my Grief journey. I share because I truly believe it’s important that we heal out loud to help even just one person who might be stuck struggling in what we’ve made it through or are navigating currently. If there was anything I shared that resonated with you, please leave a like, review, and share with your frenz. This all helps get the podcast out there for those who may need to hear this too!
And remember, there will be times when we feel like we've fallen back a few steps, or we feel like we're regressing in our healing, or our actions aren't aligned with our words 100% of the time. These things will come up. Situations arise to show us how we can meet ourselves with more compassion and give whatever version of ourselves that is hurting what it needs. No, you shouldn't give up. Yes, healing IS possible for you. No, you aren't broken. Yes, you are worth the effort. And another thing, it's perfectly okay to take a break from actively looking at and healing every little thing. Rest and integration are so important and, honestly, non-negotiable to our true healing journey. So be kind with yourself, don't compare yourself to someone else's journey and "success", and keep in mind that perfection isn't relatable. Be you. Honor all of your sides- the beautiful, the messy, the human, the sacred.
Until next week, I love you forreal- now go take up space!
