This summer at Why Tho, we learned from a friendship expert, therapist, and life planner. We wanted you to get the wisdom you need to build the ordinary rhythms and connections that help you grow. Summer can be death by a thousand cuts (or meltdowns) but it can also be a time to move slow, take breaks, and figure out what keeps you sane. We hope that’s what this series did for you!
