Why Not Both is an exploration of how our multiple passions shape our identity, hosted by musician and therapist Pam Shaffer and produced by writer and photographer Laura Studarus.  We partnered up with Under The Radar to explore the lives of musicians, writers, actors, and creatives.

In an increasingly divisive landscape, S.G. Goodman makes music that reminds us that we can choose community instead of choosing sides. She spoke with us about her political activism that started with her passion for student government and led to her voice to help elect governor Andy BeShear in her native state of Kentucky. Goodman reminds us that we can respect and foster the common humanity in one another once we delve into the darkness and light that have brought us to our current circumstances.
