Why Do We Procrastinate?

“Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone”, - Pablo Picasso.

We've all experienced that nagging feeling reminding us of the project or task we have been putting off for weeks. In this episode we speak to three health and wellness professionals to understand why it is we procrastinate and what steps we can take to help us make better use of our time.

Guests: Reginald Ayer, health and fitness trainer; Pheme Segoe, health and wellness coach; Dr Kelebogile Mojanaga, Clinical Psychologist.
