Sebagai seseorang yang sering bepergian, jet lag udah jadi salah satu isu langganan buatku. Jadi aku selalu cari cara buat improving hal-hal yang bisa aku lakuin buat mencegah, mengurangi, dan mengatasi jet lag. Karena sebenernya kunci dari mengatasi jet lag ini bukan cuma soal apa yang dilakuin setelah kita bepergian, tapi juga apa yang kita lakuin sebelum pergi dan selama perjalanan.

Also, this marks the finale of our current season! While bidding farewell is bittersweet, rest assured, it won't be long before I return with fresh episodes for the new season. :)
