In this episode of her Reiki solo series, Hannah Baldwin, Reiki Master, energy healer, and organisational psychologist, explores how Reiki can support anyone navigating burnout, exhaustion, or emotional depletion. Burnout is now recognised as an occupational phenomenon by the World Health Organisation and Hannah is on a mission to change burnout culture once and for all. 


She shares her own experience of burnout while working in the fast-paced world of finance, and reflects on how Reiki has since become the tool she wishes she’d had access to back then to restore and regulate her energy, and begin to rebuild from within.


Through the lens of both science, psychology and energy healing, she explains how Reiki supports the nervous system, calms the mind, and helps you reconnect to yourself after periods of overdrive and disconnection.

This episode is both grounding and hopeful… a reminder that healing is possible, and that energy work can be a powerful ally in recovering your vitality and sense of wholeness.
