What I learned from my conversation with Daniel:
- When they see you as husband or wife, do they see the Divininess of God? Treating your bride to be more radiant because she has felt the reality of Christ in you.
- Planning your life with the mindset of a steward based on your unique role will help you be less anxious.
- When hiring a coach, you need to find one who listens well, who has the gift of exhortation, who has a toolkit, self-leadership, and why your coach does not need to know your industry to serve you.
- Surround yourself with many smart people who bring ou the best in you and those around you. You need a thinking partner who is not biased in your organization.
- The more time in the coach's chair the more valuable you become to businesses and organizations because you begin to have a front seat into the nuances of various industries.
- The pursuit of becoming a man, a leader, a husband is the journey of becoming more like Christ.
- It is good to ask for help. It is good to acknowledge that you have fears and insecurities.
