Federal Sentencing ExpertiseMedical Care | Sentence Mitigation | Reentry Planning | *Personal Narrative | *Presentence Interview Preparation | RDAP | Security Level | Medication Availability | PPRS Prison Match™ – BOP Placement Options I have been in practice for 30+ years (and yes, my license has been fully restored), and along with my experience in the BOP following a White-Collar Conviction, I've chosen to use my skills to assist those who, like me, now find themselves going through this life-altering event. Should you find yourself an FBI Target, time is something we don't have as the feds have a 98% conviction rate. Regarding your case - it's likely their investigation is finished. For you, the time is now to find an attorney and learn the steps you need to take to prepare yourself. From me, the internet or referrals, search and interview, make a choice and plan. I can give you this advice because NO ONE WAS THERE TO GIVE ME MINE. First: the attorney: decide, Trial or Plea. Second: If you're Guilty, you only have 90 days (usually) until the sentencing hearing, and a lot you need to prepare for:The  Presentence Interview You have a lot of documents to get copies ofcharacter reference letters (~7)They should know you (or be a current or former employer) and be aware of your legal chargesregarding community service things or events that you have helped them withYour "Personal Narrative" (Most CRITICAL), to include in your Presentence Interview (also CRITICAL), or unfortunately you were sentenced without any preparation (or are already inside) - we can work with that too. Why is your Interview Critical? Because with it, the Probation Officer drafts the Presentence Report which all stakeholders use to control your future. These parties are The Judge, the BOP, your case manager, the counselor, and other BOP staff. Then It affects how quickly you reach the halfway house and home confinement. It is the Gift That Keeps On Giving.I appreciate you taking the time to listenYou can email meor Call: 240.888.7778If I do not pick up, please leave a message with your number as I personally answer and return all of my own calls.

INSURANCE IN PRISON?
INSURANCE IN PRISON?INDICTED AND FACING PRISONI’m Dr. Marc Blatstein. I spent time in Federal Prison, and now I’m here to help you on your journey. After the video, for more, check out PPSRUS.com.With work, I was able to get my medical license reinstated.·      Prison is Temporary.Knowledge and Preparation will help build back the confidence you’ll need to get through this process.·      Since you’ve heard that the DOJ and Feds have been asking questions, their case against you is mostly complete, with a 98% Conviction Rate.·      Hiring a legal team doesn’t just mean they have experience; they also need a proven track record of successfully defending cases like yours.·      The choices you make today - will help you tomorrow. Why?Sierra v. JacquezAn Example of Why You Need to Document Your FSA Credits: The Petitioner thinks (apparently not written and documented, plus he has many other issues) he has earned 365 days of FSA time credits and is entitled to immediate release. The BOP has submitted the Petitioner's FSA Time Credit Assessment, which shows That He has earned 75 FSA time credits.INSURANCE IS SOMETHING WE DON'T WANT TO PAY FOR - BUT ARE GLAD IT'S THERE WHEN YOU NEED IT.·      On the outside, it is Home, Health, or Auto; in prison, it's Documentation.·      Consider detail when documenting everything that you do.·      This includes every meeting with staff (no matter how insignificant),·      Document each FSA Program you attend in chronological order, including other constructive things you do to increase your personal growth and development while in prison. Whether you’re a painter or drawer, taking your GED, secondary education, vocation, occupational trades training, or online classes through email, keeping a record of what you do can only help you.·      Why? If you are challenged or disciplined, your documentation may be your only defense - your insurance.·      All of your documentation or journaling makes up the famous Release Plan. Throughout your stay, it will show what you are doing to improve yourself. Your case managers may pick up on this and could influence them to recommend Halfway House or Home Confinement.•       As always, No Guarantees or Promises. To engage my services or to have your concerns answered, Call me Today: 240.888.7778. This is my personal Cell. I personally answer and return all calls. You can also get additional information on my website: PPRSUS.com.Physician Presentence Report Service, LLC.
