At La Alazana Whisky Distillery, everything is a matter of family. The 3 of them, Lila, Nestor and their son, run all operations together and seem to complement each other brilliantly. Fun fact : the distillery will launch its 10 year old Single Malt Whisky in 2021. For a whisky distillery, this is quite a milestone!
