Welcome to Black Rain, a buddy cop movie crossed with 30 seconds of WW2 commentary, crossed with landscape shots, crossed with Ridley Scott, crossed with...and I can't emphasize this enough, the word "Babe". It's a noun, it's a verb, it's an adjective, it's a gerund, it's 17% of the script. Also Nick rides bikes. That's important.
