During her tenure there, she excelled in curating sustainable yet luxurious guest experiences and setting new standards for service excellence. Before her role in Vietnam, Sandy held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at Capella Singapore, where she distinguished herself as one of the first female executives in the role. Her responsibilities included overseeing hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overall management. Prior to this, she served as the Director of Sales & Marketing, driving revenue optimization and implementing commercial and brand marketing strategies. Beginning her career at the renowned Raffles Hotel Singapore, Sandy steadily rose through the ranks from Assistant Director of Sales to Director of Sales & Marketing. She holds a degree from the International Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management in Austria and is fluent in English and Chinese. InterContinental Khao Yai Resort draws inspiration from the historical significance of its location as a gateway to northeast Thailand during King Rama V's reign. Designed by acclaimed architect Bill Bensley, the resort boasts 64 luxury rooms, suites, and heritage railcar suites and villas amidst lush tropical landscapes.
