Episode 02 - Chapters 1 & 2

In this episode of Where Minds Connect, we discuss chapters 1 & 2 - Identity and Negativity respectively. In chapter 1 we engage in self- reflection by pondering on the following quote; “I am not what I think I am, and I am not what you think I am. I am what I think you think I am.’ by Charles Horton Cooley. Understanding that we arrive at our identity based on our assumption of how others perceive us. Chapter two lets us know that negativity is inevitable, but with this truth, comes accountability and steps you can take to reverse both external and internal negativity. Don’t forget to like, share and subscribe. Happy Listening!
