On today's episode Annmarie and Katie reflect on the expectations of the Christmas season. Christmas can accelerate a lot of emotions for people, especially grief. It's suppose to be this magical, joyous time, however for lots of people that just is not the case.

Both Katie & Annmarie have had years where Christmas wasn't something they looked forward to, and they share that in this episode in the hopes that if you are feeling this way, you may feel less alone.
